Twinkens sells digital ebooks (currently 10 Ingredients, 30 Meals) as downloadable PDF files. It's a meal-planning and parenting information product, not medical, nutritional, psychological or legal advice. Where a book touches on allergies, choking hazards, or a child's health, read the safety pages first and use your own judgment, or ask a qualified professional about anything specific to your child.

NOVA IMPACT LTD is the seller and merchant responsible for your order. PayPal processes the payment on our behalf under PayPal's own terms and privacy statement. Depending on the options PayPal makes available to you, you may pay using a PayPal balance or an eligible debit or credit card.

The total price and currency are shown before you approve payment. We do not add a surcharge for using PayPal. Once PayPal confirms that payment has completed, the PDF is emailed to the address supplied with your PayPal order, usually within a minute. Download links expire after the period stated at checkout; contact us if yours has lapsed and we'll send a fresh one.

Our ebooks are digital products supplied immediately after payment. By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once delivery or access to the digital content begins, you lose any statutory right to cancel simply because you changed your mind. We therefore do not offer change-of-mind refunds after delivery or access has begun.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If a file is faulty, materially different from its description, or is not delivered, contact us so we can provide a working replacement or another remedy required by applicable law.

Please review the product description, table of contents and preview images before buying. If you are unsure whether an ebook is suitable, contact us before completing your purchase.

Our refund policy does not limit any protection available to you under PayPal's Buyer Protection programme, your card issuer's rules, or applicable law. Eligibility and outcomes under PayPal Buyer Protection are decided by PayPal under its own policies.

If there is a problem with an order, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If we cannot resolve it, you may be able to open a dispute through PayPal's Resolution Centre or pursue another remedy available to you. You must not seek recovery for the same purchase from more than one source at the same time.

Where a refund is due, we will normally issue it back through the original PayPal transaction. PayPal or a card issuer may reverse a payment or decide a dispute in accordance with its own rules, regardless of our change-of-mind policy.

Buying an ebook gives you a personal, non-transferable license to download and read it for your own household's use. The file is DRM-free as a convenience, not permission to resell, redistribute, or post it publicly. Please don't share your copy outside your own family.

There's no account system - a purchase is tied to the email address PayPal gives us for that order. Keep that email accessible if you'd like to request your download links again later.

We try to keep the site and checkout available at all times but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. If a technical problem stops your order from being delivered, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Twinkens' content is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the ebooks or this site. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
