Delete your Twinkens account

1. Open the Twinkens app and sign in with your email.
2. Open Profile.
3. Choose Delete my account, then confirm.

The deletion is processed immediately. You will be signed out and the account record and ebook-library entitlements associated with that email will be removed.

Email [email protected] from the address used for your Twinkens account and write “Account deletion request” in the subject. We may ask you to verify control of the email address before processing the request.

We delete the Twinkens customer account record and its ebook-library entitlements. Favorites, onboarding status and reading progress are stored only on your device; removing the app clears that local data.

Completed purchase and transaction records are retained for up to six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, or longer where legally required, for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, refunds and dispute handling. These retained records are not used for advertising.

Support messages and associated activity records can be deleted on request unless we need to retain a particular record to meet a legal obligation or resolve an active dispute.
